

Science is finding that not just what we eat, but the way we cook it, can age our skin. The bi-produtcts our body produces when it breaks down foods that have been fried or baked at high heat (and basically robbed of their moisture) move on to damage our collagen. An example is that a poached egg is immensely better for your face than a fried one.
More to come as I get through the book, but let's just hope Demi is ahead of this new diet curve.
